SUMMER MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST
Change your furnace filter (monthly)
Oil garage door opener spring & chain
Clean kitchen exhaust fan filter
Clean refrigerator & freezer coils - clean behind and under the fridge
Seal basement from potential water intrusion
Replace thermostat batteries
Clean out garage
Switch ceiling fan blade direction to counter-clockwise
Wash the windows
Hose down AC unit
Inspect the roof & chimney
Pest control - check exterior for places they could get in
Exterior painting (as needed)
Brick tuckpointing - (as needed)
Tighten all bolts on outdoor play equipment (if applicable)
Seal coat asphalt driveways (every few years)
